Jimmie Pigg Research Assistantship in Environmental Policy

This award is presented to an outstanding Oklahoma State University graduate student who is pursuing environmental policy research. This award is sponsored by the Oklahoma Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.

1. Eligibility: Any Oklahoma State University Environmental Science graduate student working in environmental policy.

2. Application packet must include:

a. A letter from the student’s advisor or colleague that describes the academic importance of the student’s environmental research

b. A 2-page abstract from the nominee (not to exceed 1000 words) that summarizes the his/her research findings

c. Résumé

d. Photo (electronic version preferred)

3. Deadline for receipt of application packet:  January 15, 2008
