All meetings begin at 6:30 p.m. with a brief introduction by the county’s extension educator. A representative from the OWRRI will introduce the staff and then turn the mic over to an OWRB staff member for a brief presentation on Oklahoma’s water resources. After this an OWRRI representative will give a brief description of the process. The entire welcome and presentation is intended to only last about 30 minutes then the floor is open to you, the citizens of Oklahoma. After the attendees that wish to speak have done so, the meeting is adjourned; however, we will stay as long as needed to answer questions. Generally, the meetings are finished between 8:30 and 8:45 p.m.
