The OWRB does not have an agenda for the plan nor is the plan already written. They are committed to allowing the public to set the agenda for the plan. They have assured us they want to hear what Oklahoma citizens have to say. The goal is to develop a plan citizens support. In order for that to happen, citizens must be involved in the planning process. OWRRI’s goal with the OCWP is to conduct a fair, inclusive, and transparent process. We will make every part of this process available for the public to view. We have no intentions of doing anything in secret nor do we have any sort of agenda already in place. We are giving you, the citizens of Oklahoma, an opportunity to play a large role in deciding how the water plan for Oklahoma is going to be written.
