Click on a region below to see the list of discussants and alternates, as well as the interests/perspectives identified for that region. The interests/perspectives are those issues that came up in the local input meetings and on the applications we received. We have also tried to ensure all sides of an issue are represented.

The list of discussants and the list of interests/perspectives are each listed in alphabetical order. There is no connection between names and interests. We have chosen to list them this way so that people do not feel tied to only one issue. We want everyone to feel free to discuss any of the interests/perspectives and not just the one for which they were selected.

Prior to each meeting a packet of information will be sent out to all discussants and alternates. We will ask the discussants to review the issues and prioritize them on the sheet provided and return them to us at least one week prior to their meeting. The alternates will receive the same information but will not need to return their priority ranking. The purpose for sending the information to the alternates is so they will be well informed in case they have to fill in for a discussant who is unable to attend.

In each region, there will be two meetings on the same day, one at 3:00 pm and one at 6:30 pm. The discussants are welcome to stay for the evening meeting but are not required to. In the first meeting, the discussants will prioritize issues for their region. In the later meeting, the public will have an opportunity to hear and comment on the results of the first meeting.
