Refunds
If you are unable to attend the 2009 Governor’s Water Conference and OWRRI Water Research Symposium, we encourage you to find a substitute attendee. However, should you find yourself unable to attend, please contact the Oklahoma Water Resources Research Institute at owrri@okstate.edu or (405)744-9994 for a refund of your registration fees. Please note that a small convenience fee, waived at the time of registration, may be deducted from credit card refunds in order to recoup costs.

Pre-Payment of Registration Fees
The 2009 Governor’s Water Conference and OWRRI Water Research Symposium staff strongly encourage you to pre-register for the event. Although walk-in registrations are accepted, they are dependent on availability. Please note that capacity attendance is expected for this year’s Conference and Symposium.

In addition to concerns about event capacity, pre-registration offers the following benefits:

- A discount is provided for early registration

- If a registrant is unable to attend the event, we allow for substitution of the participant. We appreciate as much advance notice of substitution as you can provide

- If the event is cancelled, we will provide a 100% refund upon your request
