Dr. Focht (rhymes with "vote") is the director of the Environmental Institute, Oklahoma Water Resources Research Institute, and the Environmental Science Graduate Program at Oklahoma State University. Dr. Focht holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and a Masters in Political Science. His undergraduate degrees are in Civil Engineering, and Zoology. Dr. Focht's specialization is stakeholder participation in environmental decision-making. He is applying that expertise by providing leadership and overall direction for the stakeholder input portion of the Water Plan.
Mike is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Wildlife Ecology and holds a Masters in Ecology from the University of Central Florida. He is currently working on his Ph.D. in Environmental Science. Mike is responsible for project management and will facilitate several of the local input meetings.
Jeri is a graduate of Northeastern State University with a degree in Mass Communications and a graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law. Jeri is in charge of all communications regarding the planning process, including working with our partners to keep the public informed, maintaining media relations and website management.
